The sanitary, and hygienic reason we do not accept returns? You shouldn't have to wonder if someone else used your pleasure product.
Everyone experiences pleasure in various ways. Because sensual satisfaction varies from person to person, and of the intimate nature of the products on our site, we are unable to promise that you will be 100% satisfied with any particular product.
That being said, we are not able to accept returns on any item that comes in contact with any part of the body or provide you with store credit.
The good news! Many of the manufacturers on our site offer incredible warranties, should your device fail to perform as described in a reasonably expected manner.
Should your package arrive, and there is obvious damage to your outside packaging, you will need to file a claim with the carrier commissioned to deliver your goods.
If there is no exterior damage to your package, REJOICE! But if your new product appears damaged upon removal from the shipping packaging, please advise us immediately, actually within 14 calendar days to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do NOT attempt to use your device in any manner.
We will provide you with instructions, including a Return Authorization Number (RAN) on how to exchange your unused, still in package, defected item for one of equal value, as we do not issue refunds nor store credit.
